Amy Sutherland

Amy Sutherland holds a Bachelor of Planning degree with honours from the University of New South Wales.

Amy established Sutherland & Associates Planning in 2010 and since that time has been involved in providing town planning advice, preparing planning proposal (rezoning) applications, preparing statements of environmental effects, managing the preparation and lodgement of development applications and preparing submissions.

Amy has extensive local government experience in both strategic and statutory planning having worked for Warringah, Pittwater and Parramatta Councils. Amy also worked for the Department of Planning and Infrastructure in the assessment of Part 3A major project applications.

Aaron Sutherland

Aaron Sutherland holds a Bachelor of Town Planning degree from the University of New South Wales.

Aaron is a highly experienced town planner having worked for Campbelltown, Bankstown, Parramatta, Waverley and the City of Sydney Councils. Aaron has also completed contract work for Auburn and Strathfield Councils as well as the Borough of Ealing Council in London. Aaron has worked for the Department of Planning and Infrastructure in the assessment of Part 3A major project applications.

Prior to collaborating with Amy at Sutherland & Associates Planning, Aaron was an Area Planning Manager at the City of Sydney. In this role Aaron was responsible for the west and south precincts of the city which includes the Green Square Urban Renewal Area - the largest urban renewal precinct in Australia, Harold Park and suburbs such as Pyrmont, Newtown, Glebe, Alexandria, Zetland, Waterloo, Erskineville, Beaconsfield and Rosebery.
